Mutual Fund Managed AccountsThis is a managed portfolio of individual no load mutual funds. The portfolio buys only no load, no transaction fee, mutual funds. At times you will be in cash, in the safety of money market funds when market conditions as shown by our proprietary defensive timing systems indicate.
We will help design an appropriate asset allocation plan for you, based upon your individual needs, age and risk tolerance. This will include mixes of Bond, Stock and other types of mutual funds. Based on your needs your portfolio will range from safer all bond portfolios to all stock portfolios. We will rebalance your portfolio allocations on a periodic basis.
Management Fees Fees are based on the amount of assets under management and are charged at the end of each quarter automatically from your account. (1/4th of annual fee per quarter)
Aggressive Strategies Managed Accounts
This is a managed portfolio of aggressive no load mutual funds in the pursuit of exceptional returns. The portfolio buys only no load, no transaction fee, mutual funds. At times you will be in cash in the safety of money market funds when the market conditions as indicated by our proprietary defensive timing systems indicate. This portfolio is timed moving into various enhanced index funds. These funds can be leveraged to as much as 200% of the daily movement of the market, both up and down.
